How we work

People lead. Nothing goes live until Deana has reviewed it.

Two reviews before anything ships: Deana's, then yours.

Deana Rock leads the strategy and does the hands-on work herself. AI tools speed up research and first drafts. They never publish. Every page, profile update and review reply is built on a password-protected preview, reviewed by Deana, checked with you, and only then made live. We start with your Brand Vault so the work sounds like you.

Your first 30 days

Built from the same day-1 checklist on every site.

The first month is foundation work. Here is what it covers, and what it isn't.

Brand Vault and facts

What it is

We learn how you want to be seen, in your own words. Your style rules go in writing, down to commas and how you spell your trade terms. Every claim we plan to use gets checked with you.

What it isn't

A template with your name dropped in.

Day-1 checklist

What it is

Google Maps embed and review links. Bing and IndexNow. A UTM link sheet so you can see which links bring calls. A branded 404 page. Schema. Security: SPF, DMARC and HSTS. GA4 and Search Console.

What it isn't

Settings left for “later.”

Preview and review

What it is

Everything is built on a password-protected preview first. Deana reviews the look, then every word, every fact and the technical setup. Then you review it.

What it isn't

Changes pushed straight to your live site.

Approve, launch, report

What it is

Nothing goes live until you approve it. After launch, each month follows the same order: research, suggest, build on a preview, review, report in plain language.

What it isn't

A dashboard that runs itself.

Brand Vault

We start with your Brand Vault. Everything we write has to sound like you.

We don't write a word until we know who you are. We keep your own words unless our research contradicts them. When it does, we go back to you for another round before anything changes.

That is why your Google profile, a page meant to get you cited, and a reply to a customer still sound like the same company. Read the Brand Vault.

The review standard

Deana reviews it first. Then you do.

  1. The look. Does the homepage make you say wow? Is it professional, and does it show your business the way you want to be seen?
  2. The words. Your own words stay unless research contradicts them, and your style rules are followed down to the comma.
  3. The facts. Every claim is checked with you. Anything we can't confirm comes out or gets flagged for you.
  4. The technical side. Links, schema, tracking and security are checked on the preview before launch.

What that has caught (no client names)

  • On a restaurant site, we cut birthday and catering claims the owner hadn't confirmed.
  • We caught a made-up “minutes from downtown” heading before it went live.
  • For an electrical contractor, we won't promise a permit on every install.
  • We flagged About-page claims the owner hadn't confirmed, so the owner could check them first.

We take on 2–3 new clients a month at most. That is how Deana reviews every one herself.

What we won't do

Some things are off the table, even if you ask.

  • Guarantee rankings. No one can honestly promise where Google puts you.
  • Write, buy or fake reviews.
  • Publish anything without your approval.
  • Publish claims you haven't confirmed, or promise things outside your control, like a permit on every install.

One more thing. If you'd like to direct your own SEO, we're probably not the right fit, and that's fine. We'd rather say so up front.

Questions, answered

Is this a separate product?

No. You buy SEO & AEO. This is simply how every engagement runs. It comes with every plan. See plans & pricing.

Do you publish without us?

No. Deana reviews the work first. Then you look at it on a preview and say yes, no, or not yet. Nothing goes live without your approval.

Where does the Brand Vault sit?

First. Before a word is written. Everything we write works inside who you are, how you want to be seen, who you are not, and what we agreed during onboarding.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. No one can honestly guarantee where Google ranks you. We commit to the work, the review, and plain reporting on what changed.

Ready to work this way?

Every plan starts with your Brand Vault. Month-to-month. No contracts.
